• Execute Information Regarding the NHREP Policy

International Relations Unit

• Collaboration & partnership with local based foreign institutions in relation to labor force development
• Implementing foreign funded projects in relation to labor force development in Sri Lanka
• Providing up to date information to all other DME’s staff about global trends, contemporary situations, and changes in relation to Employment
• Promoting DME to the global area in terms of labor force development
• Developing the international network in relation to labor force development
• Liaison with international research institutes, universities, journals, etc. on the workforce
• Managing and dealing with all other international relation activities of the department.

Information Technology Unit

• Maintain & update Department Website, Youtube Channel & Other Social Media Flat Forms.
• Manage National Youth Human Resource Data Bank Project.
• Manage internal Network.
• Other IT Related Support Services.
